| Purchasing Guidelines

| Shipping Details

1. Shipments will be scheduled on a first-paid-first-ship basis for orders on which Minershop has received full payment.
2. For the pre-order, the specific delivery date of which is subject to the factory. If there is any update on the schedule, Minershop would keep the buyer fully informed.

| Warranty

1. Kindly note that for new brand 100% miners,warranty is 12 months/6 months (up to different policy from factory ) since the production from factory.
2. LianLi will cover shipping costs when shipping a replacement unit within the warranty period.
3. If the user fails to use the product per the given instructions, specifications, and conditions provided or changes the function settings of the unit without LianLi’s prior consent, LianLi will not be liable for any damage arising therefrom.
