Please note that we can only process the shipment of an order once full payment has been received.
As standard, we aim to arrange dispatch of all units in stock within 7 working days of payment being received.

Once the order is shipped, as an estimate, it will then take 5-10 business days to arrive from the courier company.

Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipped to international destinations.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email which will contain the tracking information for your products.

To validate the tracking information, the carrier usually needs one business day from the time you receive this notification.
Depending on your shipping address and product availability, your order may arrive in multiple shipments or be sent directly from our shipping facilities.

we are not responsible for courier company and manufacturer delays. When you receive your shipment, please inspect all packages for items such as power supplies,

manuals and cables, or any applicable accessories for the product(s) ordered. Be sure to save the box, outer shipping carton (if applicable), and all packing materials,

in the unlikely event that you need it for a return shipment. Any damage in transit must be handled by the customer directly with the carrier.
The carrier may request to inspect the item upon receipt of a claim.
All national and international orders sold and delivered by Minershop are exclusive of value added tax. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees that may be incurred by the customer.

It is customers responsibility to be aware of local customs duties and tax laws and to handle any customs issues that may arise.
Minershop will not be responsible for any cost of damage or expense resulting from an error in calculating taxes and duties relating to your order.

Undelivered parcels Sometimes parcels are returned to us undelivered. Should this event occur, every effort will be made to contact you to arrange for reshipment.

If you refuse delivery of the product, you will be liable for the cost of returning the package as well as storage costs.
Please note that upon handing over of the products to the carrier, this shall be considered completion of our delivery, and title and risk of damage to and loss of the products shall pass to you.

This includes any shipping costs and Chinese import tax. We do not accept any request for refund if customs clearance failed.
